usually take 5-7 working days for the delivery of the products. In case you receive any damaged
product, you are advised to report within 48 hours to get a full refund or replacement. For wrong or
incomplete orders also you are advised to inform us within 48 hours and we will promptly resolve the

In case you received a wrong item/product missing case.
In case a wrong product has been delivered or the product is missing in the package, please send

Clear images of the products received & label on the outside package to verify the details.
Once we receive all these details, our customer love team will address your query within 24 hours.

Images or videos to support the complaint with a batch number that is mentioned near the
MRP/crimp of the product

Cancellation Policy :
If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by sending us an email at ask@cuun.in
within 2 hours of placing the order.
Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be canceled.
You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery as the order will not be returned
once delivered.
In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you.
